I am contemplating that I have three friends/friendly acquaintances, three different fandoms, who have no interaction with each other that I know of, who managed to all be involved in three separate kerfuffles at about the same time. It is *breathtaking*. I am so entertained.

Seriously, y'all. That is a record. I mean, for me. Because while I love you all, and I do, let's face it--you people get along with each other and other people far, far too well and too often. I feel, sometimes, that my friendslist is the anti-drama list, where everyone is terrifyingly reasonable, even-tempered, and I hate to say this because I really like you all, but--you are just way too calm.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate you. But. Um. Let's think about setting up a--oh, I don't know, a group schedule for dramatic excitement. You know. Everyone chooses a day or a week and says, this week, I shall shed my so-called niceness and do something to start a kerfuffle. If we do it right, not a week will go by where something interesting *isn't* happening. I will award special jenn-points if there are filtered posts involved, because nothing says drama like filters. Even more if someone posts that filtered post in public. Extra shininess if there are naked pictures of Lex involved. I mean, Lex doesn't have to be involved in the drama. Just, you know, naked pictures. Always a plus.

I'm really congested. But lo! The rest of the sick-related stuff is dandy. And happymaking. One day, I'll be able to post about work without wanting to spork something critical, like my computer, which hates me and apparently is under the impression that I do'nt know how a computer is supposed to act.

I'm also contemplating writing. Yes, I know, I'm way behind in Pretty, and I apologize, because I was updating regularly and now I'm not. It's just RL annoying me into biting my nails, and also, escapism through sleep. I did not know I could sleep in twelve hour rotations, but apparently, I can when sufficiently inspired.

But yes. Drama schedule. Useful. There could be color codes! Ooh, I can ask svmadelyn for a Spreadsheet of Drama! I shall ask now.

OMG YOU JUST LIKE MADELYN MORE THAN ME!!!

*deefrendz*

I don't see *you* carting about a Spreadsheet of Doom, do I? And color-coding by fandom?

*sniffs*

You and your calm posts and mostly-non-kerfuffly ways. How much drama do *you* bring me?

Oh, wait....

*whistles*

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Only because you incite me to riot!

*walks about cockily* I never knew the Spreadsheet would become so Legendary. I'd try not to get hit by a car, but one never knows. They are so damn *distracting* and shiny.

Also, QaF could be rainbow colored fonts.

I've tried to start drama.

It doesn't work with me.

I WOULD DO IT FOR YOU IF I COULD!

*cries*

I lose.

*sniffs* You aren't trying hard enough. I want inflammatory posts! And rage! I WANT LOTS OF RAGE!

*sad*

Dude! I HAVE inflammatory posts and rage!

And then people PET ME ON THE HEAD AND TELL ME I'M CUTE.

...You have seen this happen.

I am too damn adorable.

::contemplates kerfuffleness::

Dude, that would be, like, work, wouldn't it? Meh.

::reads manga instead::

*pouts* for me? just a tiny one?

Given my main fandoms these days? It would have to be tiny. ;-)

Yes! Finally I have the chance to start the kerfuffle I've been joking about/threatening my friends with for years. Ready?

MR's hairline is receding! What do you have to say about that, ppl?!?!

... and now, the drama begins. Mwahahahahaha ;)

See! That's the spirit I wantto encourage! Kerfuffle away! So when should we pencil you in?

wait. He has *hair*?

I always forget that.

*checks calendar* Tuesdays are good for me -- a bit of an on-line fight will pep me up and fill me with vim and vigor just in time to watch Stabler strong-arm suspected sex offenders on SVU for my weekly vicarious thrill.

wait. He has *hair*?

Well... NOT FOR LONG! *cackles*

of course, if he does go bald, it will be even better, because HE WILL LOOK LIKE LEX ALL THE TIME!!!!!

I usually think my flist lacks drama because they are all calm and reasonable, but then they post/report back about the drama in other corners of fandom. Vicarious drama! That's plenty for me. *g*

yeah, but they don't specify it and then you're all lost going through their flists to find out what's going on, and even fw often can't help... *g*

like you, i love the fact that i tend to rarely see but the insirect proof of fannish craziness (or rather, that most on my gflist seem to have learned to vent in private :-)

I have three friends/friendly acquaintances, three different fandoms, who have no interaction with each other that I know of, who managed to all be involved in three separate kerfuffles at about the same time. Really? You have such interesting LJ milieu. *envies*

Extra shininess if there are naked pictures of Lex involved. I mean, Lex doesn't have to be involved in the drama. Just, you know, naked pictures. Always a plus. *giggles*

OMG, MR sucks as an actor, and they should totally axe him.
[/drama]

*ducks and covers*

I'm from the anime fandom and you know, I've *never* been in a fandom kerfuffle (kerfluffle? I really don't know) before SV, even if just in the sidelines meekly (or not so meekly) offering an opinion. Surprisingly, it was great! Really fun. I'd liked to do it again some time.

Ok, so not the *other* kerfuffle. Jeez, there's a new one? Someone should tell me these things! This is important, dammit.

if there's still room on the schedule, may I sign up for alternating Saturday night - say between 11:00-3:00 ? that should allow me plenty of time to development quality kerfuffle topics, and work up the appropriate RAGE levels. cause kerfuffling is hard work, yo

It doesn't look like I have a lot of time for kerfuffles until probably April, but if you have room on the Schedule and need filler I guess you could pencil me in around then ;)

I have *mad* scheduling skills! You want color coding? I have color coding! Orange for trainings on kerfluffling, Blue for coordinating Kerfluffle meetings, Black for unavailable to kerfluffle, Green for Fen Kerfluffle, Blue for SV Kerfluffle, and Red for personal kerfluffle! Can't kerfluffle on Tuesdays? No Problem! Prefer early morning kerfluffles? I'll pair you up with an Afternoon kerfluffler just to increase the drama!

Who knew boring work skills could come in so handy? I was so *born* for this.

*waves arms about wildly*

I have a strong objection.

Purple is *Smallville*. Smallville.

Re: *waves arms about wildly*

*dies of shame*

How could I forget?!?!? Smallville is Lex's show, not Clark's. I am such the bad fan girl.

[immediately implements the purple revolution]

Unfortunately, I can't kerfuffle (or kerfluffle, either) until after May 12 at 4 p.m. On the other hand, at that point, I should be spoiling for a fight, so perhaps I can be the Summer Vacation backup kerfuffler? *g*

I have already met my kerfuffle quota for the semester with the whole wanky LJ battle/defriending/banning/being spied upon by the other party's friend via private e-mail business -- complete with meant-to-be-filtered post accidentally publically posted and missing that one of the people on the filter actually was a friend of the other party. (The latter being something I almost blame LJ for, since they fucked up filtration that night, it having been the same night I revamped all my filters and the changes turned out not to take.)

You know, I would? But I suck at stirring drama, seriously. Every time I think I've finally done it, that This Post will be the gas on the fire and people will flee my flist in terror, I... I... get a bunch of "me too" and "You go!" posts.

*shakes head* Fandom. Go fig.
